Quiz Licensing for Commercial Use

Thank you for your interest in licensing content from I Eat Quizzes. While many of my quizzes are available for free under a Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence, which allows for personal and non-commercial use (see Using My Quizzes for details), this licence does not permit commercial use.

If you wish to use my quizzes in a commercial context — such as a paid app, monetised website, print publication, or commercial event — please read the information below and get in touch to discuss licensing options.


Examples of Commercial Use

  • Inclusion in a paid quiz app or platform
  • Use at ticketed events or fundraisers
  • Embedding in a monetised blog, newsletter, or website
  • Publishing in paid print media such as newspapers, magazines, or workbooks, as well as eBooks and courses
  • Use within sponsored YouTube videos or other paid content

Licensing Options

I offer flexible and affordable licensing depending on your intended use. Here are some typical arrangements:

  • One-off event or publication licence – ideal for quiz nights, magazines, or one-time campaigns
  • Annual licence – for ongoing use across a year in schools, platforms, or recurring events
  • Digital publishing licence – if you’d like to include my quizzes in an app, website, or online product
  • Bespoke packages – tailored to your needs, including custom licensing or exclusivity

How to Request a Licence

Please email me at ieatquizzes@gmail.com with the following:

  • A short description of how you’d like to use the quizzes
  • Whether the use is one-off or ongoing
  • Which format(s) you’re interested in (PDF, web, editable formats)

I’ll get back to you promptly with options and pricing. I aim to keep licensing simple, fair, and supportive of fellow creators and educators.


What’s Not Allowed Without a Licence

  • Repackaging or selling my quizzes
  • Uploading them to commercial marketplaces
  • Claiming authorship or removing attribution
  • Using them as primary content for monetised platforms or products

Custom Quizzes

Custom quizzes are created exclusively for you and are not available under Creative Commons. Licensing terms for custom content will be agreed separately.
